• We will only ship/deliver the item(s) once your payment has been updated in our account. If we did not receive your payment after 3 days, the order will be considered CANCELLED

• Please make sure that the address provided for delivery is complete & correct. We will not be responsible for the delivery failure and order losses due to wrong/incomplete shipping address.

• No refund/return if payment made by VISA/MasterCard/Paypal.

Purchased items are determined Unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from BajuPremium, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return online shop address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return.

If you are not happy with your shirt or size and opt to get another one in exchange, grab our Return Form. Return shipping cost will be bear by buyer and please include together with Return Form. Please contact us for shipping cost charges.

Please note: We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s). No refund/return if payment made by using credit card/debit card such as VISA/MasterCard/Paypal. Extra recurring charge fee will be apply for creditcard/debitcard payment.
